What a lead is and what a credit is
A lead is one company found by a search, with name, address, phone, website, Google rating and Maps link. A credit pays for enrichment: finding the website, public email, social profiles, the decision-maker and, in Brazil, the CNPJ, legal name and partners.

On Pro and Business, the credits cover standard enrichment for every lead of the month in either market. If credits run out, the remaining leads keep their basic data.
You see the cost before every search
- Before a search runs, the app shows the leads and credits it will use and what is left in your cycle.
- If a search finds fewer companies than requested, the difference returns to your balance.
- Cycles are monthly; balances do not roll over.
- Upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

No. Balances reset every monthly cycle. If a search finds fewer companies than you asked for, the unused leads go back to your balance immediately.
How many credits does one lead use?
Standard enrichment uses about 3 credits per lead in the US, because it includes AI research to find the decision-maker, and about 1 credit per lead in Brazil. Extra steps such as the decision-maker's LinkedIn profile use additional credits when you have balance. You see the estimate before each search.
